ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
Welcome to KnoHive, a product of AIVolve LLC ("we," "our," or "us"). These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the KnoHive platform and services (collectively, the "Service").
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE
KnoHive.ai provides a multi-tenant, AI-powered knowledge management platform that enables organizations to create private, searchable knowledge bases from their internal documents and resources. The platform uses Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) technology to allow users to interact with their organization's knowledge through a conversational AI interface.
ELIGIBILITY AND ACCOUNT REGISTRATION
3.1. Eligibility Requirements
Users must be at least 18 years of age to create a tenant account. While KnoHive.ai is available globally, access may be restricted in countries subject to U.S. trade restrictions. Organizations are responsible for ensuring their users meet eligibility requirements when adding them to their tenant. Each user must be affiliated with the organization that owns the tenant and be properly authorized to access the resource packs they are granted permission to use.
3.2 Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.
ACCEPTABLE USE
You agree to use the Service only for the following acceptable purposes:
Creating and managing private knowledge bases for organizational use
Uploading legitimate business documents and resources owned by the organization
Organizing content into resource packs for structured knowledge management
Using the AI interface to query and learn from the organization's knowledge base
Managing user access to align with organizational information policies
Analyzing usage patterns to improve knowledge management strategies
Integrating with authorized third-party tools via provided APIs
PROHIBITED USE
You agree not to use the Service for any of the following prohibited purposes:
Uploading content that infringes on intellectual property rights
Sharing access with unauthorized individuals outside your organization
Using the platform to store or process sensitive personal data without proper controls
Attempting to reverse-engineer the AI algorithms or extraction mechanisms
Using the platform for generating harmful, illegal, or unethical content
Scraping, data mining, or bulk downloading content beyond normal usage
Using automated methods to access the platform unless specifically permitted
Attempting to breach security measures or access other tenants' data
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
6.1 Our Intellectual Property
KnoHive.ai retains ownership of all proprietary technology, algorithms, user interface designs, and platform infrastructure. All rights, title, and interest in and to the Service (excluding content provided by users) are and will remain the exclusive property of AIVolve LLC and its licensors.
6.2 Your Content
Organizations retain all rights to their uploaded content, while granting KnoHive.ai a limited license to process and store this content for providing the Service. The specific responses generated using your organization's data are considered confidential to your organization and not used to train models for other clients.
USER-GENERATED CONTENT
Questions asked by users are considered confidential within the tenant and are not shared with other organizations. KnoHive.ai may use aggregated, anonymized query patterns for system improvement purposes but never shares specific queries across tenants. Organizations have the option to delete user query history at any time. Organizations are responsible for ensuring their users comply with internal policies regarding the types of questions they ask and how they use the system.
PAYMENT TERMS
8.1 Subscription and Billing
KnoHive.ai operates on a subscription basis with tiered pricing based on the number of users, amount of data stored, and processing requirements. Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually with a discount for annual commitments. Payment is required via credit card or approved invoicing for enterprise customers. A free trial period may be offered for new tenants to evaluate the platform.
8.2 Refunds
Refunds are provided in accordance with our Refund Policy. Please contact customer support for specific refund requests.
TERMINATION
9.1 Termination by You
Users can cancel their subscription at any time through their tenant administration dashboard. Upon cancellation, the tenant will remain accessible until the end of the current billing period. After this period, the tenant will be deactivated and data will be stored for 30 days, during which it can be exported through the provided tools. After 30 days, all tenant data will be permanently deleted from KnoHive.ai systems.
9.2 Termination by Us
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users of the Service, us, or third parties, or for any other reason at our discretion.
DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
IN NO EVENT SHALL AIVOLVE LLC, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS, BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES WHATSOEVER ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AIVolve LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents, from and against any claims, disputes, demands, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including, without limitation, reasonable legal and accounting fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.
MODIFICATIONS TO TERMS
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by posting the updated Terms on our website or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after such modifications will constitute your acknowledgment of the modified Terms and agreement to abide and be bound by the modified Terms.
GOVERNING LAW
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Illinois, USA, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
