KnoHive integrates with third-party tools via our APIs. Information is shared with those third parties as necessary for the integration to function.

YOUR CHOICES
Tenant administrators can delete user query history at any time through the administrative dashboard.
Upon subscription cancellation, tenant data will be stored for 30 days, after which it will be permanently deleted from our systems. You may contact us at privacy@knohive.ai with any additional questions about your personal information.
CHILDREN'S PRIVACY
KnoHive is not directed to children under the age of 18, and users must be at least 18 years of age to create a tenant account. Organizations are responsible for ensuring their users meet this eligibility requirement. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a person under 18, we will take steps to delete such information.
